Food

We stock a range of wet and dry foods at the cattery and try to ensure that guests are given the same food as at home. We believe that this helps cats staying with us to settle and reduces any risk of upset.

We stock the following foods: Whiskas, Sheba, Felix, GoCat, Iams and James Wellbeloved.

If your cat is at all fussy please do let us know. We like to get as much information as possible to ensure they have a happy stay!

If your cat has any special dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate (supplements may occur). Alternately, you are welcome to bring your own food with you.

Veterinary Care

Each visiting cat receives our complete attention in surroundings that are safe and hygienic. No cat will ever come into contact with a cat outside their family at any time and we will never accept a cat that does not have the correct vaccinations.

However, should your cat show signs of illness during their stay we do our best to contact you, or your designated contact person to explain the situation. If we are unable to make contact and we feel your cat requires emergency care we will take your cat the Senlac Vets in Battle, whom we have used for many years. They are available 24 hours a day for emergencies. All veterinary fees will be the responsibility of the owner.

Special Requirements

We will be more than happy to administer prescribed medications to your cats during their stay. We will need clear written instructions and quantity of medicines to be administered.

We have many regular elderly visitors at the cattery as we are able to provide ground level accommodation. Temperatures in our pens can be set as high as needed for chilly evenings.

Playtime

All of our feline friends that stay at Colliers Cattery get lots of love and affection. We like to spend as much time as possible with every cat during their stay, playing games and giving them lots of fuss. We enjoy it as much as they do.

If your cats have a favourite toy at home, please bring it along with them to play with while they are staying with us.
